Honey Cinnamon Apples

This is one of those SCD recipes we started making while David was on the diet, and it's so good we continue to make it today.

Ingredients:
  • 3 Apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place apple slices in a baking dish. Top with honey, cinnamon and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Cut butter in to several small pieces and place on top.

Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until apples are tender.
